4/30 Wall forms stripped

Just a quick update. We did not make it out the site today, but we received a couple third party reports. Our friend Andy stopped up in the morning and King Bros were stripping the forms. So it looks like we have an actual foundation. Kent Garrison, the framer, stopped at the site in the late afternoon. All the forms were stripped and the foam insulation for the foundation had been delivered. Our first of many deliveries from Baker-Miller Lumber, a local lumber yard with fantastic customer service. Tomorrow is Eli and Asa's school May Faire, so no work. However, Sunday we will be putting foam on the foundation walls so it is ready for back fill on Monday.
